*By purchasing on our site you accept the terms described below.
- The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in accordance with these general conditions of sale, without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the dispatch of the product. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you this service. In case of right of withdrawal, the shipment is always charged to the customer .
- Returned items must be unused . We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, perfumed, washed or altered in any way (including labels), footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which it must have been in no way damaged and/or altered, nor used as the only external packaging. For reasons of hygiene, stockings, high socks, earrings, tiaras and other hair ornaments (barrettes, barrettes, tail-stoppers, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged. LCShop reserves the right not to proceed with the return procedure.

Returns of goods shipped directly from you without prior consultation beyond the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal, or returns of products that are not in the same condition in which they were received, are not accepted. Make sure you check returns with our staff first.

As soon as we receive the returned items, a Gift Certificate will be issued that can be spent on the site equal to the cost of the returned items - unless otherwise agreed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you still haven't received a refund, please check your bank account again. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've already done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
Make sure you like the items you choose.
If you are shipping over €60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The direct risks and costs of returning the products will be borne by the consumer, unless the product is not returned because it arrived damaged, subject to verification of the defect.
